Sell 2nd year Cordoba Pro-R guitar

by Michael
(Chicago, IL, U.S.)

I sell my 2nd year Cordoba Pro-R classical guitar with SAVAREZ strings in a humicase. I bought it from a local guitarcenter store in Chicago.

1st of all, I have to say I won't mail it to a buyer. So, only if you can come and see it and play it with satisfaction, you pay the money and you take it. I'm now living in Chicago. I ask for $1,500 for this fantastic instrument (I bought it at a higher price from guitarcenter). The guitar is stored in a humicase with humidity between 40~50 and temp. between 70~75. It has sweet and warm sound with good volume. Negotiation on price is possible, but not too much will be expected since it is well maintained, just like new. No scratch or dent. But it gives better sound than bought. I sell it because I'm short of money to pay my next year's tuition. Yes, I'm still a student :-)

If you are interested in it, please reply. I will post pictures upon request. Thanks!

The following is spec. from musiciansfriend. You can also see a picture from there.

Features:

The first guitar in the Cordoba line to be made with all solid woods.

Beautifully crafted with a German spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides. The neck is ebony reinforced and is made from Spanish cedar. The headstock and purfling are highly detailed with great attention paid to finish work. The rosette is inspired by one of the most classic and elegant designs seen on guitars of Torres and Hauser I. The sound is hearty and robust, perfect for the recital stage or recording studio.

Sorry I don't know how to reply. So, this is the answer to the first comment. The guitar is still available. The price was given in the ad. Negotiation is possible. Please name your offer. But I find it's annoying to ship a classical guitar. So, where are you living now, in Chicago or around? Thx.
