Actually I won this Guitar on a Auction Site and its New with Tags. Its the Giannini GWNC4/7 Acoustic Electric Classical Guitar. Read below for more details:

Handcrafted all-solid 7-string acoustic-electric classical nylon with B-Band 4 band preamp. Solid Red Cedar top, solid Mahogany back and sides, Ebony fingerboard, black and gold plated machine heads with pearled buttons and reinforced neck with adjustable truss rod. Supplied with Giannini hard case.

This Guitar sells for $1800 and I'm selling it for $1300 including shipping. It comes with its Tag, Instruction Booklet and Hardcase.
